During this technical visit, participants will have the opportunity to listen to and observe the entire operational process related to vehicle inspections at TÜVTÜRK stations.
They will look closely at standard operating model applications, reservation systems and customer experience applications. Participants will review station operations, technical equipment and quality control processes in detail, meet the experts involved in these processes and exchange information.
The visits are important to better understand the dynamics of the vehicle inspection sector in Turkey and to make assessments that will further improve the global standards.
