Exhibition Space

All exhibition tables will be located in the conference foyer of the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel. The exhibition space will be “open” for the entirety of the conference. CITA will provide a table (approximately 2m long) and two chairs, as well as access to electricity at the table. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring banners, posters, and other promotional materials as they see fit. Additional space can be made available, subject to availability.

Only CITA Corporate Members are entitled to book a basic standard promotional exhibition space free of charge.

The assignment of exhibition spaces will be based on first signed exhibitors form received first served, giving priority to sponsors.
